For years, my friend Ryan and I did a podcast called “The Low Blow” for a website called Fightlinker. The shows focused on humorous and often controversial opinions on Mixed Martial Arts in the mid 2000’s. After a few years, we were contacted by a listener who was also a TV producer who offered to help us film a pilot episode that we tried to shop around to various networks.

Unfortunately, the concept of comedy and MMA was a little too risky, and no one wanted to help finance it. Shame, as the show had tons of potential and the chemistry between Ryan and I was always good, although admittedly his acting is a little stiff (and mine is a bit over the top).
